ROB FOSTER

Rob is an award-winning filmmaker, author and playwright. He has also produced, directed and acted on stage and film & video.

Whether written, performed or produced behind the camera/microphone and starring others, Rob's body of work is an eclectic mix of mostly comedy. Both a student and an aficionado of the iconic clowns of the past: Chaplin, Keaton, W.C. Fields, The Marx Brothers on up to the comedians of the 60s/70s television variety era like Sid Caesar, Ernie Kovacs and Milton Berle, three of Rob's books are collections of essays on the great laugh-getters of the early film and television eras.

Currently living in central California, Rob pays the bills as a graphic artist, though he's always writing and striving towards getting projects produced.
